Travel with Ashmita Enterprise offers customers services like holiday package bookings and car rentals. Except for online bookings made through our affiliated platforms, all bookings are processed offline. The terms and conditions mentioned here apply only to offline bookings. For online bookings, please refer to the terms and conditions on our associated platform. To make a booking, you will be required to submit personal information such as your name, WhatsApp, telephone number, and communication address. All personal information you provide will be collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully before submitting any personal details.
To confirm a booking, you must be authorized to make the booking on behalf of all persons named on the booking and their parent or guardian for minors. By making the booking, you confirm that all persons named have accepted the Terms and Conditions, and that you will inform them of the booking details. Once confirmed, it is your responsibility to ensure all payments are made under the booking.
If the tour is cancelled (Full Or Partial) before 60 working days before the Journey date, no deduction will be made. If the tour is cancelled (Full Or Partial) between 60 to 30 working days before the Journey date, 50% of the tour cost will be deducted. If the tour is cancelled (Full Or Partial) less than 30 working days before the date of the journey, 100% of the tour cost will be deducted.
Travel with Ashmita Enterprise will confirm your booking and send an WhatsApp confirmation along with an e-voucher once full payment is completed. Customers are required to present the e-voucher at the time of check-in, along with their original identity card. Failure to present a valid ID may result in cancellation of the booking and denial of entry by accommodation providers. In the rare case of room unavailability due to technical reasons, we will inform the guests and either provide similar accommodation or issue a credit voucher valid for one year, as preferred by the customer.
Please note that calls made to Travel with Ashmita Enterprise regarding bookings may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes. In case of a dispute, we reserve the right to review these recordings.
Suppose the customer wishes to modify or cancel (Full Or Partial) his / her booking for any personal reason including death, accident, illness, or non-payment of balance. In that case, the company is liable to charge cancellation charges from the client. All cancellations (Full Or Partial) must be notified in writing and the advance amount is non-refundable, in addition to forfeiting the amount of the travel deposit. If you want to cancel (Full Or Partial) your tour, you must introspect the company, provided there are conditions within how many working days it is being cancelled (Full Or Partial).
If you cancel your confirmed trip, the following cancellation policies will apply, including applicable retention amounts. If you wish to postpone your trip, Travel with Ashmita Enterprise will review the request and may allow rescheduling without additional charges within 3 months from the cancellation date, subject to business partner consent. This option is available only if the booking is canceled one month before the trip start date. If you are unable to travel, you may transfer the trip to family, friends, or relatives. Disclaimer: Individual hotel cancellation and refund policies may override the above policy.No refund will be processed if the cancellation occurs within 15 days of the check-in/start date. For any cancellation request made within 15 days from the check-in/start date, no refund will be processed.
In the event of natural disasters, riots, or other manmade occurrences that prevent travel, we will consider postponing the trip for up to 3 months if the disruption lasts 15 days or less. However, the postponement is subject to the consent of our business partners. The credit issued for postponement can be transferred to friends or family, but no refund is permissible.
One or more members of the tour group want to cancel (Full Or Partial) the tour due to coronavirus for a few days before the trip or the day before the departure to test the RTPCR for a positive report, If the customer wants to correct or cancel (Full Or Partial) his booking due to Corona, the company is responsible for charging the cancellation (Full Or Partial) charge from the client. All cancellations (Full Or Partial) must be notified in writing and the advance amount is non-refundable, except for the amount of the travel deposit forfeited. If you want to cancel (Full Or Partial) your tour, You must show the company the right reason in time, However, there is a condition that it is canceled (Full Or Partial) within how many working days. Only money adjustment is possible if the destination location is a complete lockdown on the day of your visit to the place you are going to visit (except half lockdown, night lockdown, and temporary lockdown during the day with this kind of lockdown) Otherwise you can tour again with your deposit (quotation and total value according to our rules if all the payments are cleared before the journey date). Money adjustment is not possible in case of lockdown in your area but not lockdown in Journey Destination as this type of issue will be treated as booking cancellation (Full Or Partial). Since our quotation refers to pick up and drop from NJP / IXB / Siliguri, suppose the destination location is not a lockdown but if any vehicle/train/flight from your home to NJP / IXB / Siliguri is closed for any reason due to COVID, then you have to leave NJP / IXB / Siliguri. Money cannot be adjusted if you do not arrive and that too will be processed as per our booking cancellation (Full Or Partial) policy rules.
The night stay location will be confirmed as per hotel/homestay availability. The tour schedule will be finalized after the Location hotel/homestay availability. Maybe be location will be up and down from start day to end day as per Location-wise hotel/homestay availability.
If the guest is not able to pay the advance payment to us as per our payment policy/norms then the company has a right to cancel the tour, also guest will 100% agree with company rules and accept the booking cancellation process by the company due to non-payment by guest as per payment schedule.
The brochure of the confirmed hotel or similar category will be according to the alternative hotel / Homestay.
We have given the cost in our quotation as normal car hire for traveling from Siliguri to Sikkim and back via NH-10, the main road. If the car goes outside this main road, the driver will take extra charges for the car for more kilometres and those extra charges will have to be paid separately by the guest to the driver. Those extra car rental charges are not included in the tour package.
It is mandatory to carry an officially recognized photo identity card (passport/driving license/voter ID card / Aadhar Card).
The maximum number of children under the age of 5 can stay in one room for free while using the common bed of the room for free service.
In case of extra cost service, the common bed / extra bed / extra mattress of the room from 5 to 7 years is taken as a child charge separately (Depends on the Deal with Clients and Us).
The main guest of the family must be at least 18 years old to enter the hotel.
The age of a child with an adult must be between 1 and 7 years in case the child is charged. Free up to 5 years, half the cost for Hotel / Homestay Only (Car Will Be Full Chargeable) 5 to 7 years and full cost for adults above 7 years (Depends on the Deal with Clients and Us).
In the case of an extra bed is made with a folding bed or a mattress.
Both the check-in schedule and the late check-out schedule may be applicable by the hotel depending on the availability of the hotel room.
The standard check-in time is 12 o'clock and the check-out time is 12 o'clock. After booking you will be sent an email confirmation with the hotel phone number. You can contact the hotel directly to check in early or check in late.
Charges are not included in the package for optional services and facilities provided for the house (such as special room service, mini bar, snacks, or telephone calls). These will be charged at checkout.
All hotels save the names of the guests in their registers at the time of check-in. If proper proof of identity is not presented at check-in, the hotel may refuse to accommodate guests as a couple. In this case, we are not responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel.
The hotel does not allow residents to enter the room. The hotel may refuse to accommodate guests staying in the same city. We will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel for any such reason.
No pets are allowed in the hotel.
Insurance: Tour Expenses Insurance does not cover the cost of insurance premiums. Thus, clients should get insurance coverage at their own expense. However, please note that the client must deal directly with the insurance company in settling any claim.
TForced Act of God's Law (including exceptional adverse weather), Landslide, Road Closed, Earthquake, Fire, War (declared or undeclared), Attack, Rebellion, Riot, Civil War, Nuclear Separation, Strike, Law (s) Any Government (s) or Exclusion/commission by government agencies, judicial or quasi-judicial authorities may force the company to change or expand an incident. So for the above reason, there has been no additional cost which will be borne by the passengers.

You can confirm your booking by paying 25% in advance to our bank account, G-Pay or PhonePay. We will deliver the Money Receipt to you within 48 hours of verification of payment from the bank.
The rest of the 25% is paid 60 Days before of Journey Date.
The rest of the 50% will be paid at the Hotel / Homestay after the Tour Start or check in At Hotel / Homestay.
